• Your licence is granted for reproduction rights and performing rights for streaming music (audio and/or video) by subscription.
  
  This licence does not concern, in particular, moral rights, subsidiary rights, such as arrangement, adaptation and translation rights, etc. Nor does it concern neighbouring rights.
• The licence is valid for France, Luxembourg and Monaco.
• The use of music in the context of a promotional operation associate with a brand is excluded from the scope of the licence and requires applying for a separate licence.
• You must be of legal age or the legal representative of a minor or a person under guardianship or curatorship.

The licence contract may, according on the audiovisual works exploited, cover the repertoires of SACEM (Société des Auteurs, Compositeurs & Editeurs de Musique), SCAM (Société Civile des Auteurs Multimedia) and ADAGP (Société des Auteurs dans les Arts Graphiques and Plastiques).

Rates applicable to musical works and visual arts included in cinematographic or audiovisual drama:

* In the event only the dubbing and/or subtitles from SACEM repertoire are reproduced within a work of audiovisual drama, the rate applicable would be 0.30%.

** In the event ADAGP repertoire is concerned

Rates applicable to audiovisual documentary works:

* In the event of reproduction of translations, dubbing and/or subtitles from SCAM repertoire in an audiovisual documentary work, the rate applicable is 0.30%, in addition to the rate of 4.50% when the audiovisual documentary work belong to repertoire represented by SCAM.

** the split between SCAM and ADAGP is made according to the presence of works from the respective repertoires of each of these authors’ societies in compliance with an agreement they have signed.

Rates applicable to music videos, humorous videos and humoristic audiovisual works:

* the split between SACEM and ADAGP is made according to the presence of works from the respective repertoires of each of these authors’ societies in compliance with an agreement between them.

Rates applicable to audiovisual capture of live stage productions:

For rental (Temporary download on demand and/or viewing on demand), the rate is accompanied by minima, as specified below:

* VAT 3% not included

Regarding music videos. Humour videos and humoristic audiovisual works, minimum remuneration is €0.003 (VAT not included) per musical work included in a music video viewed or sketch and/or a sketch and/or humorous sequence included in humorous video and/or a humoristic audiovisual work viewed.

For all permanent downloads, the price is accompanied by minima as listed below:

* VAT 3% not included

Regarding music videos. Humour videos and humoristic audiovisual works, minimum remuneration is €0.07 (VAT not included) per musical work included in a music video downloaded or a sketch and/or humorous sequence included in humorous video and/or a humoristic audiovisual work downloaded.

All minima mentioned above are subject to a 50% deduction for all single-track sales or rental offered by the provider of audiovisual works available in the territory for 24 months following their first commercial availability on a platform for sale or rental on demand.

The rates denpend on :

• the subscription price
• the number of subscribers

The licence contract may, depending on the audiovisual works exploited, cover the repertoires of SACEM, SCAM (Société Civile des Auteurs Multimédia) and ADAGP (Société des Auteurs dans les Arts Graphiques et Plastiques).
