• You are a natural person or a legal entity and your website’s activity involves the sale of works, especially in the form of physical media, such as the distribution of CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray discs, etc.
• You offer only pre-listening or previewing of excerpts from works.

• You are a natural person and you have a site in your name.
• Your site does not generate and direct or indirect revenue (subscription, advertising, sponsoring, merchandising…).
  If such is the case, refer to the rate applicable for institutional sites.
• You offer no works for download from your site, even free of charge.
  If this is not the case, refer to the rate applicable for “single-track musical downloads”.
• You exploit a maximum of 10 musical works per month on your site.

• For natural persons: you present a professional activity or any lucrative activity
  (e.g.: You are an architect and your site presents your skill and creations in sound and pictures. This is considered to be a commercial act, a promotional act which is an integral part of your professional activity).

OR

• For a non-profit organisation: the site generates direct or indirect revenue (subscription, advertising, sponsoring, merchandising…)
  e.g.: you set up a fan club and offer by subscription for a fee to a newsletter illustrated with sound and pictures.
  e.g.: you are a museum and have created an online shop illustrated with sound and pictures, where you sell reproductions of the works you promote on your site).

OR

• For a commercial organisation: the site presents the company and/or its products or services and by ecommerce.
  (e.g.: you are a car maker and you present your automobiles; you have created a mail-order site illustrated with protected audio works).

• The site generates no direct or indirect revenue (subscription, advertising, sponsoring, merchandising…).
• The site offers no musical works for download, even free of charge. Otherwise, refer to the rates applicable to “single-track downloads.”
• The site offers access to a maximum of 100 works a month, regardless of their type.
